Ruth Cotter

Teaching preschool will always be where Mrs. Cotter’s heart is. During her career she worked with Fairfax County schools, continuing education and social media management. Mrs. Cotter’s family is close-knit and a great inspiration to her teaching. She is thrilled to part of the GPS team!
