AFTER KINDERGARTEN PROGRAMS
(for school year 2008 - 2009)

KINDERGARTEN ENRICHMENT

• Children are picked up by Golden Pond after public school morning Kindergarten
• Curriculum includes enrichment activities in reading, writing, math and science
• Experiential learning that includes art, music, science experiments, projects, and many other theme related activities
• Fun and educational field trips that relate to our monthly themes
• Daily Spanish lessons
• Weekly “Music and Movement” and Art classes
• Children are served a hot lunch

SAC I (Kindergarten)

• Children are picked up by Golden Pond after public school morning Kindergarten
• This includes our Kindergarten Enrichment program and extends until 6:30 to accommodate our working families.
• Daily Spanish lessons
• Weekly “Music and Movement” and Art classes
• Afternoon snack and outdoor recess
• Children are served a hot lunch

AFTER ELEMENTARY PROGRAMS

SAC II (grade 1) & SAC III (grades 2-5)

• Children are picked up by Golden Pond after public school
• This program is design to enrich the public school program
• Activities include: supervision and help with homework, arts and crafts, outdoor play and activities in a specially-designed playground
• Afternoon snack
